En El Roble Andinor trabajamos bajo altos estándares de Salud, Seguridad y Ambiente, con un sistema de gestión alineado a las normas internacionales ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001, y en proceso de certificación de la ISO 45001. Nuestros valores se ven reflejados en las Políticas de Calidad, Salud, Seguridad y Ambiente, aprobadas y difundidas por la Alta Dirección, junto con las políticas complementarias de Alcohol y Drogas y Prevención del Acoso Laboral. At El Roble Andinor we work to high Health, Safety and Environment standards, with a management system aligned to the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and ISO 45001 certification currently in progress. Our values are set out in the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Policies, approved and communicated by Senior Management, together with the complementary policies on Alcohol and Drugs and the Prevention of Workplace Harassment.

  • Identificación y control de riesgosHazard identification and risk control

    A través de la Matriz IPERC y la Matriz de Requisitos Legales, evaluamos de manera integral los riesgos operacionales de cada actividad. Esto nos permite definir e implementar las medidas de control necesarias para minimizar los riesgos, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa legal vigente.Through the IPERC matrix and the Legal Requirements matrix we assess the operational risks of each activity in an integrated way. This lets us define and implement the control measures needed to minimise those risks, ensuring compliance with the legislation in force.

  • Procedimientos operativos escritosWritten operating procedures

    Instalación y levante de plataforma, perforación Dual Rotary, aislación y bloqueo de energías, trabajos en caliente, maniobras de izaje, y traslado de personal, equipos y maquinaria.Rig platform installation and raising, Dual Rotary drilling, energy isolation and lockout, hot work, lifting operations, and transport of personnel, equipment and machinery.

  • Programa de capacitaciónTraining programme

    Se dictan 4 instancias de capacitación mensuales durante todo el año, abarcando a todo el personal de la organización con formación en temas operacionales, Salud, Seguridad y Ambiente. Los contenidos incluyen trabajo en altura y espacios confinados, riesgo eléctrico, exposición a rayos UV, manejo defensivo, primeros auxilios y RCP, uso de extintores, ergonomía y uso de EPP, clasificación de residuos y control de derrames.Four training sessions are held every month throughout the year, covering all personnel in the organisation with training on operational, Health, Safety and Environment topics. Contents include work at height and confined spaces, electrical risk, UV exposure, defensive driving, first aid and CPR, fire extinguisher use, ergonomics and PPE, waste classification and spill control.

  • Investigación de incidentesIncident investigation

    Contamos con un protocolo interno de investigación de incidentes mediante la metodología ICAM, aplicado independientemente de su potencialidad. El proceso de gestión se encuentra totalmente documentado, desde el inicio hasta el cierre y difusión del evento a toda la organización, con el objetivo de evitar su reincidencia y promover la mejora continua operacional.We have an internal incident investigation protocol based on the ICAM methodology, applied regardless of the event's potential severity. The management process is fully documented, from initiation through to closure and communication of the event across the organisation, in order to prevent recurrence and drive continuous operational improvement.

En enero de 2026 contratamos a DNV Argentina la auditoría de certificación del sistema de gestión según la norma ISO 45001:2018, con el siguiente alcance: «perforación de pozos de agua para proyectos mineros y otros sectores, y provisión de servicios de perforación asociados». El proceso se encuentra en curso. In January 2026 we engaged DNV Argentina to carry out the certification audit of our management system against ISO 45001:2018, with the following scope: "water well drilling for mining projects and other sectors, and the provision of associated drilling services". The process is under way.

    Trabajar hacia la meta de cero accidentes; asegurar el cumplimiento del 100% del programa de capacitación; ejecutar un mínimo de 4 auditorías internas anuales; definir y monitorear los índices de frecuencia y gravedad de incidentes; promover la reportabilidad e identificación de peligros y riesgos por parte del personal operativo.Work towards the goal of zero accidents; ensure 100% completion of the training programme; carry out a minimum of four internal audits per year; define and monitor incident frequency and severity rates; promote reporting and hazard and risk identification by operational personnel.
